This is s really nice place for breakfast and probably lunch after looking at the menu. Whilst the vista does not include the water down the road the little house is cosy and comfortable.
Fully air conditioned there are fans also to keep the air circulating. There are papers and magazines plus a lounge.
As for the food...no complaints there. We had eggs Benedict and an omelette Both excellent -

It should not be necessary to explain that a small "long black" is not a "short black" (espresso) or that it need not be watered down. Certainly not first thing in the morning before breakfast. Disappointed.
